1. Director

Tuanjie Liu, born in 1969, is an Professor and the director of the Editorial Department in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Northwestern Polytechnical University, Electronics Engineering, in 1990 and 2000, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree in Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, CAS, Image Processing in 2003. From 2003 to 2011, he was working in the 8th Department, Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2011, he has been working in the Editorial Department. His research interests include remote sensing technology, electronics and information theory, mechanism, and system; electronics and information trends, frontier, and hot; electronics and information research situation; etc..

2. Editorial Director

Shouxin Jia, born in 1968, is an Associate Professor and the associate director of the Editorial Department in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in School of Information and Electronic, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China, in 1991 and 1994, respectively. Since 1994, he has been working in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include radar's theory, mechanism, and system; radar's trends, frontier, and hot; radar's research status; etc.. Now, he is responsible for the overall work of the Journal of Radars..

Hua Gao, born in 1971, is an Academic Editor of the Journal of Radars. Since 1992, she has been working in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now, she is responsible for the publishing and quality of the Journal of Radars.

Wang Ruan, born in 1982, is an Academic Editor of the Journal of Radars. In 2009, she received her Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2009, she began to work in the Key Laboratory of High Power Microwave Sources and Technologies, Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Technology Department of the Institute of Electronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and in 2018, she began to work in the Journal of Radars of the Institute of Electronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research area is high power microwave electro vacuum devices and radar's technology. Now, she is responsible for the editing and proofreading of the Journal of Radars.

5. Academic Editor

Rong Yu, born in 1981, is an Academic Editor of the Journal of Radars. She received the Double B.S. and M.S. degrees in School of Information and Electronic, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 2006 to 2018，She began to work in Division of Scientific and Technology, Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2018, she has been working in the Editorial Department. Her research area is radar's technology. Now, she is responsible for the editing and proofreading of the Journal of Radars.
